The 2017 organizing committee is looking forward to welcoming delegates to Halifax, Nova Scotia, June 20 to 23, 2017.  With a population of over 400,000 people, Halifax is the capital city of Nova Scotia and is an educational, cultural, and economic hub of the Maritimes.  The people of Halifax, known as Haligonians, enjoy a great quality of life and have access to a multitude of activities and spaces, ranging from the waterfront warehouses known as the Historical Properties, urban gardens, public squares, and expansive forested parks.

Weather varies in Halifax, during the month of June the average temperate during the day is around 14°C to 20°C.  Often sunny, but one should always be prepared to take shelter from the rain and wind during late spring, early summer.

Halifax has something for everyone, while here conference delegates and their guests will have access to the Show your Badge program.  When you show your badge at the participating business, you'll receive VIP offers from restaurants to tours to souvenir shops. Visit the Destination Halifax tab at the top to learn more about this program.
